Carl E. Otis,

of Eden, NY passed away September 22, 2023. Devoted husband of Julie (Almendinger) Allen Otis Loving father of Carl E. Otis III, Emily S. (Tom) Allen and Claire E. Otis. Grandfather of Jamie, Robert and Alyssa. Brother of the late Patricia Otis.
