From Classmates:

This is so very very sad Craig would come to my Buffalo concerts when I came back home May Craig rest in Eternal peace. A great guy!   Sorry to hear this sad news "Rest in Peace" Craig!!

I spent many a weekend raising hell with Brick and Blum at our Cottage in Canada. So very sad, an amazing guy, Im crushed.   Great loss to the Pediatric orthopedic community and especially our close class.

Definitely one of the best and a great doctor.

Craig was a good man and a tremendously innovative clinician.

Craig was a very nice gentleman until he went on the football field, he then became a hard hitting monster!

Thinking of good times with him at a Kentucky Derby / mint julep party at his place in North Buffalo, out in his boat at his family’s place on Lake Erie, “canoeing and camping” with him and others in Algonquin and in Allegheny, cycling from my in-laws’ in Hamburg to his place in Orchard Park.
Craig was a nice guy and a hell of football player.   He was one tough football player during our time at Joe's.

Craig was a great pediatric ortho surgeon, SJCI football player, and all around great guy.    I feel broken hearted! He was a great doctor. He took care of my youngest daughter when she fell off a horse and broke her arm. What a great all around guy.
So many adjectives…gifted doctor and surgeon, fierce and strong athlete, loving family man, etc.  It is truly a loss for all his brothers in the class of ‘67.   Freshman homeroom we were seated alphabetically….Craig signed my yearbook  “  to the first guy I met at St. Joes…”  That was good luck for me..super guy even back then.
I sit here shaking my head with a hint of tears in my eyes ... it happens to the best of us, and our Craig certainly was!   Craig was a compassionate physician and very helpful to all of the community may he be rewarded With everlasting life!
He was a true gentleman.    He was such a bright guy and compassionate physician. He always came across as kind and humble. He was a great example to us all and we will miss him.
Craig …always the good friend sharing his knowledge or a laugh.   The class of '67 will live on. It's guys like Craig that will make that happen.
God bless Craig and his family.   Craig's loss cuts deep.  He was a great doctor, student, athlete and friend.

Craig was an amazing person!

RIP Craig!!
